Lemon Tahini Vinaigrette: The Ultimate Dressing

Need a salad dressing that goes well with everything? This Lemon Tahini Vinaigrette is the one!


Lemon Tahini Vinaigrette with lemon, tahini, garlic, honey, olive oil, and red pepper.

It's creamy, flavorful, and compliments just about any salad or grain bowl. I use it on everything - plus, it stores in the fridge really well, so it's a great meal prep option.


If you grow your own lemons or garlic, this is an excellent way to use those bright homegrown flavors.


 

Lemon Tahini Vinaigrette


Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • 1/4 cup avocado oil or olive oil

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (or more if you want more spice!)

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Salt, to taste


Tip: Add za'atar for an added flavor boost, or cayenne pepper for some extra spice!

Instructions

It's simple - just whisk together all of your ingredients until well combined and salt to taste. Serve it over your favorite salad, grain bowl, or whatever sounds yummy to you.


If you love a lot of citrus or the nutty flavor of tahini, play around with the ratios until you find your perfect balance - everyone's taste is different, so don't be afraid to doctor it up!
